[Ok, considering recent events, "kind of" a disaster is probably overly kind. But Toshi's a soft hearted beast, and yeah, for all that Yato probably deserved his jail time, that doesn't mean he's interested in seeing their resident freelancer suffer.]

Cutter ends up debating several minutes whether he really wants to show his face and if telling that person it was just a prank would be wise or reckless. After all he is clearly missing some screws and armed! But in the end he decides on showing up because anything else besides owning his actions wouldn't be very manly (and he'd be worried and looking in the news for anything bad happening there for a while.)
So he ends up 15 minutes late, wearing his favorite ensemble that consists of a pair of black pants, a white tee and a short open black jacket that are both comfortable and serve well making him look less broad shouldered and built that he actually is. His shoulder-long black hair ends up somewhat windswept because he couldn't help but hurry. Once he's made a decision he has a hard time not putting all his energy into seeing it through, unless being patient is the way to go.
But where is Yato? He ends up scanning the area around him several times before checking on his phone if he texted him the right address.]
